The kickoff workshop brought together teams from both GlobalConnect and Xitricon, setting the foundation for a well-structured, phased implementation programme. The session focused on aligning project objectives, establishing governance frameworks, and mapping the five-phase IFS implementation methodology to GlobalConnect's operational requirements.
IFS Cloud will provide GlobalConnect with a centralised platform to manage its enterprise operations across multiple geographies — enabling greater visibility, process consistency, and the agility needed to scale across its Northern European footprint.
Key areas of focus for the reimplementation include:
