About the Role:
*Candidates must be residents of Sri Lanka.
We are expanding our global team and looking for a high-energy sales performer to contribute to our success. In this role, you’ll build our outbound sales growth engine by engaging with potential prospects globally, with the goal of sparking interest in our services and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll work from a curated list of leads, aiming to connect with every contact and create meaningful opportunities.
Job Role :
- Conduct outbound cold calls using provided scripts.
- Build lists if needed and organize the data in Google Sheets.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Experience in ERP/Saas/Solutions selling.
Must Have’s
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in ERP/Software industry for minimum of 2 years (IFS/Oracle/SAP experience is an added advantage)
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different situations.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools and cloud-based platforms such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, AI tools for prospecting etc.
