About the Role:
Xitricon is a leading global systems integrator delivering enterprise transformation across ERP, integration, AI, and infrastructure. We are looking for a driven ERP Sales Manager to grow our enterprise client base across the UK market. This is a mid-level sales role suited to a consultative seller with a strong understanding of enterprise ERP landscapes and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
*Candidate must be residents of United Kingdom or Ireland.
What You Will Do:
- Own and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts across target verticals including Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, and Aerospace.
- Lead discovery, qualification, and commercial negotiations for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solution briefs.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CIO, CFO, and IT leadership stakeholders.
- Represent Xitricon at industry events, partner forums, and client briefings.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
About You
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP sales, enterprise software sales, or consulting sales.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems - implementation cycles, upgrade projects, and integration requirements.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- Experience with IFS, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms is advantageous.
