Xitricon will address Level 1 and Level 2 bugs, while customers are encouraged to report issues through the designated channel, ensuring these are replicable in their Test environment.
Our consultants will first assess and explore the reported bugs before implementing the appropriate solutions. Once a fix is validated and approved by the client in their Test setting, it's ready for deployment to the live environment, either through scheduled delivery or direct implementation. Additionally, Level 3 bugs, identified as defects in the IFS product itself, will be escalated to IFS via the IFS customer portal.
